- Development of a comprehensive business plan
- Coordination or pre-opening sales: including marketing and advertising program in concert with hospital marketing professionals
- Construction coordination with a commitment to completing the project on schedule within the established budget
- Selection and acquisition of Center related equipment
- Assistance in the development of a Medical Advisory Board
- On-going operation of the Center in compliance with objectives included in the business plan
- Routinely scheduled oversight meetings with affiliated hospital management representatives
