Fitness & Wellness Professional Services was formed in 2000 to provide fitness & wellness services for the advancement of the community’s health and well-being. Our diverse leadership team has 35+ years of experience in developing and operating fitness centers, both as traditional health clubs and with hospital joint venture partners. Our partnerships with health systems to deliver full-service, hospital-affiliated fitness and wellness centers for 15+ years. We currently serve over 60,000 members at our nine locations.

On a recent vacation, I saw photos of myself and knew it was time to get serious I have a history o obesity in my family and thought being big was inevitable. I never thought I could ever be physically fit. When I saw the scale hit 300 pounds and my doctor said I had high cholesterol and was in danger of Type 2 Diabetes and heart disease, I knew I had to make a change fast.

After some initial success losing weight at a local gym, I hit a plateau and gained more than half the weight I had lost back. Needing structure and support, I turned to Fitness & Wellness to get a fresh start. The regular nurse assessments really helped me stay on track and figure out what areas I needed to improve. My trainer keeps me accountable towards my goals. I’ve lost 100 pounds and 30 percent of my original body fat.

Designed for both beginners and expert users. Levers, buttons and pins are colored yellow and extremely visible so even the least expert user can easily find and adjust correctly.

Only limited adjustments are needed and the levers are easy to reach from the exercise position. Also the adjustment controls are located in the same position on all equipment in the line.
