By entering into joint ventures with hospitals, F&WPS focuses their specific expertise to define, create and operate wellness centers by:

• Promotion of health and wellness is typically consistent with the mission of today’s hospitals and health care systems

• The positive program offerings of a Wellness Center will further bond the community to the sponsoring hospital and its affiliated medical professionals

• The Wellness Center model offers a means by which to better manage consumption of health care resources, creating cost efficiencies for the participating hospital

• Wellness Centers have the potential to generate a positive return on investment as well as collateral revenue from Center related hospital referrals.
