Mind & body movements to help you manage your pain

This program consists of 24 one-hour sessions.

The Back to Life Wellness Program is based upon research that supports the use of Pilates, mindfulness, and functional exercise for those living with chronic back pain. This eight-week program is conducted in a small-group training format with two to three supervised exercise sessions each week. These sessions include Pilates apparatus work, mindfulness meditation, and functional exercise training. We also provide a home-based program to help you see faster results and maintain them for life.

The Back to Life Wellness Program is based upon research that supports the use of Pilates, mindfulness, and functional exercise for those living with chronic back pain. Our certified fitness professionals will work with you and your healthcare team to help you maintain an exercise routine that is safe and effective.

The Bariatric Wellness Program provides supervised exercise, education, and support throughout your weight loss journey. Our wellness coordinator will work closely with your healthcare team, which may include your physician, nurse, physical therapist, and Bariatric program coordinator. Each exercise program is based upon your individual needs and goals while utilizing the most current evidence regarding methods to safely achieve and sustain weight loss.

Continue your rehabilitation journey

Our certified fitness professionals will work with you and your healthcare team to safely start your rehabilitation journey.

The Cardiac Wellness Program continues your rehabilitation journey, offering a supervised, progressive exercise plan without EKG monitoring. The fitness program is tailored to meet your needs while providing support. This program is an option for those with heart disease who have either completed cardiac rehabilitation or are considered ineligible for a monitored program due to criteria established by their insurance company.

ForwardFit

Uniquely designed for breast cancer survivors

This eight-week program consists of two small group training classes and one meditation/yoga class per week.

A diagnosis of breast cancer is overwhelming, often affecting every aspect of a women’s life. The ForwardFit Program* is open to all patients after completion of their treatment. ForwardFit was created to empower breast cancer survivors to take control of their health and well-being. By incorporating evidence-based exercise programs and integrative wellness methods, ForwardFit provides an approach to recovery intended to strengthen and honor the mind, body, and spirit.

Healthy Habits Weight Management

Start your weight loss journey

This program consists of twenty-four one-hour sessions over eight weeks.

The Healthy Habits Weight Management Solution provides supervised exercise, education, and support throughout your weight loss journey. This eight-week program designed to promote strength and balance and improve function.

This eight-week program designed to promote strength and balance and improve function while empowering participants to become more physically active and engaged in their self-care. The MoveWell Program is designed for individuals with one or more of the following medical conditions: Knee replacement, Hip replacement, Joint pain & Chronic Pain Syndrome.

Multiple Sclerosis

Improve your life through exercise and movement

This program includes 16, small-group exercise sessions.

The MS Wellness Program is designed to help people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) learn to manage their health and increase their level of physical activity in a safe and motivating environment. MS Wellness includes bi-weekly exercise sessions in a small-group training format and mini-health education sessions on topics such as nutrition, emotional health, cognitive (brain) function, relaxation skills, and self-care. The movement component of the MS Wellness Program addresses the unique needs of people living with MS and includes exercises which promote strength, aerobic fitness, balance, walking speed and core conditioning. Each exercise session will be supervised by certified, exercise professionals who are knowledgeable about exercise modifications related to the MS disease process.

Multiple Sclerosis

This program includes 16, small-group exercise sessions.

This eight-week program consists of supervised exercise and group support designed to help you improve your function, quality of life and more effectively manage symptoms commonly associated with Parkinson’s disease, such as stiffness, immobility and gait abnormalities. Each exercise program is based upon your individual needs and goals while utilizing current evidence regarding the most effective ways to train and condition persons with Parkinson’s disease. The program can be customized to those who walk independently, need a cane or rely on a wheelchair for mobility.

The Pre-Op Fitness Program is specifically designed to help you get in the best shape possible as you prepare for a major surgical procedure. The Pre-Op Fitness Program was developed with the guidance of physicians, nurses and rehabilitation professionals. Studies demonstrate that improving your fitness level prior to surgery can have a significant and positive impact on your post-surgical outcomes.

Pulmonary Wellness is an eight-week program that consists of sixteen small group exercise sessions led by a fitness professional and a Respiratory Therapist.

The Pulmonary Wellness Program is designed to help you learn how to breath more easily, improve your fitness, and your quality of life. The purpose of the program is to help you improve and maintain your physical and emotional well being, as you learn to live with and manage your pulmonary condition.

The ReVive Wellness Program is an exercise and functional movement program for people who have had joint replacement, are living with chronic pain, are deconditioned, or are struggling with muscle weakness. It is designed to promote strength and balance and improve function while empowering participants to become more physically active and engaged in their self-care. This eight-week program provides land and aquatics exercise options as a means to successfully transition participants from an outpatient rehabilitation setting into a communitybased fitness environment. Physician clearance is required to participate in ReVive.

An on-going program that consists of one to two 90-minute rock steady boxing classes each week with a fitness professional.

This Program is designed to improve the function and quality-of-life for people living with Parkinson’s Disease through boxing-inspired movements and exercise. The focus is on overall fitness, strength development, reaction time and balance. No prior boxing experience is necessary. The RSB Wellness Program offers different levels of classes to accommodate varying degrees of Parkinson’s fitness and mobility.
